InternetBS Integrates ChatGPT Into Search

I wrote about GoDaddy’s ChatGPT plugin, which is available to OpenAI subscribers within the confines of the ChatGT platform. At the present time, users must be ChatGPT subscribers and they must be on the ChatGPT website in order to use the GoDaddy plugin.

It is my assumption that GoDaddy and other registrars already or will integrate ChatGPT results within their own searches. In fact, today I heard from a representative from CentralNic who shared that its Internet.bs retail website has already integrated ChatGPT within its search functionality. Visitors to Internet.bs can choose to search with or without ChatGPT assistance.

You can see the ChatGPT toggle on the search box:

I think ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence assistance can be helpful for domain name buyers who are looking to register a domain name. It may be more helpful to use an AI search tool than be solely guided by a registrar-controlled search algorithm. That said, I don’t know if the InternetBS – or any other registrar-driven algorithm has any impact on the suggested domain names shown in search results.

  1. I’ve been making money buying and selling domains for a long time.

Over the years, I’ve seen many trends. However, AI is quite different.
I wouldn’t call it a trend; it’s a rebellion in favor of a new system.
Is having a shock over many things. Not only with domains.

ChatGPT with plug-ins is spitting out content like crazy, as if there were not enough tools already out there generating domain names.

Why am I saying all this?

Because I still have “something” between my ears that is more powerful.

While ChatGPT and other content generation robots can crank out a bunch of domains fast, they still lack two major components that only humans can bring to the table.

Component 1: Insights  Component 2: Experience.
Insights are unusual solutions to specific issues, meaning “Aha Moments”.
No AI can reproduce your skills and experience within your field unless you feed it information.

Right now, ChatGPT and other tools all use publicly available information. And guess what? The information is mediocre.

The appropriate way to be better than AI is by using your precious, irreplaceable brain.
It lets you filter your knowledge and experiences and trigger those Aha Moments by integrating your best ideas together.

I think the brain won’t complain about the effort.
