Although yesterday was probably the slowest day of the year for this website, today is probably going to be nearly as slow. I am sure many people are catching up on the work they missed to get things done before the end of the week (and end of the year), and others are spending time with their families or returning gifts.
With that said, I thought I would share 10 of my recent domain name acquisitions with you. As usual, the domain names mentioned below were bought in private or at NameJet. You are welcome to share some of your recent domain name acquisitions if you’d like.
Solid names as usual Elliot – Do you have development plans for any or all for flips?
Hope you had a great Christmas yesterday!
I picked up NewYorkHotels.co.uk and have development plans for this domain.
Network hotel in uk?
This NY domain of yours in that extension is not that good. Just don’t see this domain working to promote NY.
All 3 are already in various stages of development.
Sint.tv (santa.tv in dutch) flipped after 8 days.
First-Money.com (yeah i know it has a hyphen)
Document.mobi (hand reg)
I figure if new gTLD´s are going to be a success maybe some of the old ones will get some new life blown into them as well. Plus all acquisitions were supercheap so i would only lose a little money.
Nice names. Amazing deals to be had if you are able to buy.
I have PublicDocument dot com, nice to see you liked the keywords.
CommercialWashing dot com
BioValve dot com
Pugs dot ca
Comedy dot us

If you care to state a price publicly for the health/medical domains I have
a buyer that I just sold a health domain to I would be glad to present. Assume in your price that there would be 15% commission to me. Ok to post publicly I will track you down if the buyer is interested.
I have a nice portfolio of medical/health domains. Is your buyer an end-user or a domain investor? I would be willing to pay you 15% commission. There is one one-word health domain is a procedure that cost as much as $9,800 to perform. Send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
I missed commenting on your names. PublicDocuments.com should be worth a lot. A lot of money can be made using that domain name.
Commenting on my names is not required 🙂

its a nice and unique name after great success of street photography website humansofnewyork.com
Lol stop the madness
My favorite is biosciences.com.
I haven’t done much the past few months.
Here are four:
FloatingStores.com and the twitter, gmail, youtube channels. It’s burdensome to me to hand reg, then reserve the social, but it seems practical to preserve the brand. Plus, started to add content, so you can see what it is about: http://floatingstores.com
BreastLift – classic, short, 10 letter dot com which defines an industry – kudos to you!
BreastLift.com is a 5-figure domain. Great addition.
PerfectCoffee.net great domain for all us coffee lovers!!! =)
While the singular might be slightly preferable, ExecutiveCoaches.com is still a very brandable name for that niche.
One recent Spanish acquisition which means “business man”…
HombredeNegocios (.) com
All Hand reg with GD codes $2.17 each:
I am not a computer guy. But I have owned overhalfoff.com for a few years. I would have thought I could have done something with it by now. Would love to work with some one to develop it.
Thank you for letting us share some of our domains, for me, it is always educational.
I really like PetRetreat.com, but I am a sucker for animals. =)
my recent domain grabs are:
Not a good idea to register DallasCowboysOnline.com. What were you thinking when you registered this name? Having your learned from this domain blog that registering this type of name can cause your TM issues?
Typo; Meant, Have you learned
thanks for the warning… but these two websites seem to be doing well and without issues…
Biosciences.com -nice pickup
CountryTop100.com recently acquired
DownloadCurrency.com registered today
LiveSocial is a nice domain. Good pickup.
GoogleBot is another borderline TM domain. Would not have registered that name. Avoid any Apple, Google, and other top brand names.
Sorry. GrapheneFunds.com rather than GrapheneStocks.com.
Good job here.
These are all good names. There is potential to sell or develop. Good job.
Recently purchased: OILPAINTERS.com REDWINEDIRECT.com TODAYISPAYDAY.com
Happy and healthy NEW YEARS to all.
My latest addition, on Christmas day:
Have a great Christmas time and a Happy New Year! 😀
vacationmemory.com everybody needs a vacation
You acquired some nice names.
I pick up AmericanaSongs.com on Christmas.
Americana is not a typo:)
Americana is “contemporary music that incorporates elements of various American roots music styles, including country, roots-rock, folk, bluegrass, R&B and blues, resulting in a distinctive roots-oriented sound that lives in a world apart from the pure forms of the genres upon which it may draw. While acoustic instruments are often present and vital, Americana also often uses a full electric band.”
Here are 3 of my recent acquisitions:
Nice domains Elliot.
Some of my recent acquisitions:
Oh, Naji, I like your eConverters.com and SnapSeats.com is so brandable!
we recently purchased
My Recently purchased names,
KVNZ.com (Keep Visiting New Zealand)
I want to develop this site into a global directory for mariachi bands, as well as a central resource for everything mariachi.
Anybody with experience developing a directory site wanting to partner with me on this project, please contact me.
Email me at @.com
The site is not listed in the SERPS yet, but receives a ton of direct navigation traffic. Looks promising.
Hand reg $2.17 for:
Bitcoinisation.com (eg. dollarisation, colonisation)
Bitcoinization.com was taken.
Thanks for letting me post my recent domain purchases.
Here are my recent acquisitions. Most of them are “brandable type”. I know you are not a fan of the brandable niche but i can’t help loving them.
Incsy.com (For online incorporation service)
Departly.com (For travel business?)
Celebrighty.com (Celebrity + Bright)
EverCherished.com (For Photography site)
Among yours, I like BreastLift.com
New Universe Space Probe launched.
Future vetted classified site in mind.
Corintha dot com
Caisses dot com
LoveGear dot com
Sedo posted sales today include:
extract.com at 1,277 USD
Isn’t that a major domain name? It looks like one you might have purchased. $1277 seems like a bargain price, even to a reselller.
Did you bid on it?
I would have been all over it at that price had I seen it. Wow.
Good. Appreciate that you concur.
May I voice an opinion? I see some, “sales,” never transfer, or I can only imagine they transfer within the same company. That is why that domain didn’t get more attention – it wasn’t intended for the general public.
Change of address for tax benefits – you get what I mean?
Sold to a subsidiary.
Or maybe just blantent advertising on Sedo – an exchange of payment that stays within the company, with an, “advertising fee,” to Sedo!
