Meet the Castello Brothers in New York City on February 9

David and Michael Castello will be speaking at the sold out Local Online Advertising Conference being put on by Borrell Associates. After the conference, the Castello Brothers will be the guests of honor at a special New York domainer get together.

On February 9th at 6pm, I am organizing a domainer get together at the Campbell Apartment in Grand Central. This classic jazz cocktail bar is located in bustling Grand Central Station, and is the perfect spot for a drink or two after work.

I have a reservation at the Campbell Apartment, but I need an approximate headcount by Monday.   Please email me or post a comment if you will be attending. In the past, there have been anywhere from 20-40 people at these get togethers, and it’s a great opportunity to meet other domain investors in the area.

*Dress code is dressy casual, and sneakers are not allowed.

  1. Hey Elliot,

    How about that LongIsland.com…..

We are actually getting together with Andrew Hazen for lunch that day out in Long Island, and perhaps we can swing to the city to see Michael and David. When I say we, I mean Tony K. and Tony C. Let me check with them and will post later.

  2. I just wanted Michael to know I ordered Doom 3 from Amazon. Should be here by next week, so BE PREPARED M-Cast (ummm.. give me a week to practice up before you destroy me).

Elliot, what’s the name of your cool get-together? You gotta give it a name so everyone remembers.

    Here’s what I suggest:

    • “El Sliver’s Money Nugget Party”
    • “El Silver’s Shotfest”
    • “El Silver’s We’re Here And Too Bad For Those Who Aren’t!”
    • “El Silver’s Burbank.com Doesn’t Want Jay Leno Cuz We Love Coco!”

I also suggest that you ask the DJ to play nothing but George Thorogood songs. That will guarantee we all know you’re partying hearty.

I won’t be there cuz I’m busy listening to the frog invasion in my backyard pond. If you’re on my FB friend list, I’m posting the SOUND of 1000+ Pacific Green Chorus Frogs announcing “Spring” (that’s supposedly when they’re going to chirp, but they’re about 7 weeks early. Is this a result of the currently lambasted “Global Warming” warnings?) What’s true? What’s not? These frogs seem pyscho tho… they’re louder than SH*T!

    Have fun everyone!

  3. Elliot,

Great NYC Domainer Gig last night… very good venue choice again.

….and many thanks to David & Michael Castello for the drinks and great dinner.

Also, I must say, Steve behaved himself very well overall.

    Cheers !

    J.Y.

  4. Ooops ! …. Sorry Elliot ….. foot in mouth … I must have been distracted by dat gregarious cat from Kew Gardens snapping dat camera all ova da place…who also kept on instructing me to keep putting my wallet back in my pocket – LOL …. We owe ya a bunch of your favorite booze & wine.
