If you didn’t have an opportunity to attend the hour+ GoDaddy Hangout discussing domain name valuation, I have embedded the video below. Page Howe and Ammar Kubba were guests on the show offering their insight.
I am sure GoDaddy’s Joe Styler will be happy to answer any questions if you care to leave them. I would also be happy to share my own thoughts if you have questions that I might be able to answer.
If you aren’t aware (I would be surprised), DomainSherpa.com often discusses domain valuation with a variety of domain investment experts, and you can learn about domain valuation by tuning in to his show weekly.
Determining the value of domain names is something that is subjective, and it seems to take quite a bit of experience observing sales. It’s not all that difficult to understand what makes a good domain name, but it can be difficult to understand how to determine how to price a domain name for a purchase or sale. Hopefully GoDaddy will continue to draw upon its resources to share more great insight.
Really enjoyed the hangout. I like the live element. Hope they continue this.
I’m glad page thought our name office.supplies could be worth 5 million , we do to 🙂

Thanks Elliot for posting the video.
Good to see page, it brings back memories of the good days with him and Mr Berkens on the sherpa show.
@Ammar I just love how you think. Good work guys. This is a good show. Keep it coming.
