“The Perils of Not Buying Your Domain Name Quick Enough”

I wanted to share a funny tweet with you that has to do with not buying a domain name quickly enough.

According to Wikipedia, “Vote Leave is an organisation that campaigns for Britain to leave the European Union.” Because of its UK-ties, I would imagine VoteLeave.co.uk would be an important domain name to own. People likely type it in seeking information about the movement, and they might expect to find something official there. Apparently, this is not the case as evidenced by Emma Kennedy:

As anyone in the domain space knows, it is important to secure relevant domain names ASAP. If not, others will, and they may not hold the same views as you! You may even get Rickrolled 🙂
