The Internet Commerce Association (ICA) is set to host an AMA session with domain broker Kate Buckley. The Zoom session will be held on August 10th. This AMA session is only open to ICA members.
The ICA has hosted several AMA sessions with other members of the domain investment community. Andrew Rosener, Braden Pollock, Monte Cahn, Richard Lau, and Paul Nicks have all participated in these interactive sessions. ICA members also have access to these recorded sessions.
Upcoming AMA participants lined up for the Fall include John Berryhill, Ron Jackson, and Dave Evanson. I anticipate more participants will be added later on in the year. ICA members are encouraged to suggest participants for additional AMA sessions.
One additional ICA note – the ICA will be hosting its annual dinner on September 1 at Parkside Austin. The dinner is open to all NamesCon attendees, regardless of whether or not they are a member of the ICA. The Lonnie Borck Memorial Award will be given during the dinner. Tickets for the dinner are $150 plus the Eventbrite fee. A free ticket is being offered for non-members who join the ICA, or members who upgrade their membership.

Is the ICA going to address the looming “mandate” in the works to make 2FA involuntary vs. optional, or do they not care about that since no doubt some like yourself actually like using it?
Mandate mania and worse is all the rage now, especially as technology enables more and more of that desire which never left humanity, nothing like power and control over people to intoxicate those who love and seek that.
