DNAcademy Looking to Hire a Teaching Assistant

I want to share a domain industry job opportunity that might be of interest to a reader. DNAcademy, an online domain investment educational platform founded by Michael Cyger, is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant. The job opportunity was posted to DNAcademy’s website yesterday afternoon. Here are the primary responsibilities the person who is hired will have as the Teaching Assistant:

“Support the development of current and new instructional resources, materials and software to improve student learning objectives

Assist students with course references, guidance and advice

Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of students’ activities in the course

Build and send (using our template and process) a regular student newsletter

Act as an additional quality assurance tester for course content and functionality”

I think the most unique aspect of the position is the first requirement: “Only current DNAcademy students will be considered for this position.” This ensures that the new hire will have a familiarity with the domain industry as well as the DNAcademy curriculum and its presentation.

Earlier this month, DNAcademy announced it was selected by GoDaddy to assist with Afternic broker training. The news was shared in this video uploaded by Michael Cyger:

If you’re a DNAcademy graduate who is interested in working as a Teaching Assistant, you can log into your account and visit the job listing to complete the application. Reach out directly to Michael Cyger with any questions about the job posting.
