I read an article in this morning’s New York Post about Mississippi gubernatorial candidate Robert Foster denying a female reporter’s request to travel along with him on a campaign “ride along.” The NYPost article referenced a tweet from the candidate discussing his decision.
As you may be aware, .UK domain names are becoming available to purchase. These domain names were first offered by the registry, Nominet, to domain name registrants that held matching .co.uk or .org.uk domain names. The domain names that were not taken by those registrants are becoming available for third parties to register.
I previously wrote about SnapNames and its .UK auction, and I received an email from Sedo announcing it will be running a .UK domain name auction beginning tomorrow. Here’s what I was told about Sedo’s upcoming auction:
Cooper Mills Lawyers, a technology focused law firm from Melbourne, Australia reported the sale of the Money.com.au domain name for $400,000 AUD. At today’s exchange rate, that is just shy of $280,000 USD. The law firm represented the buyer on this transaction. The deal was shared in a blog post and via Twitter:

Zoom, the popular video conferencing company, filed its S-1 paperwork for an IPO, according to this tweet from CNBC this afternoon:

Natasa Djukanovic is the Chief Marketing Officer of the .ME registry, a ccTLD extension from the country of Montenegro.
