Video: Global Domain Summit 2017 Preview

The Global Domain Summit is a domain conference in China  being held in July. Simon Cousins, CEO of industry consulting firm Allegravita, told me that conference organizers are expecting 2,000 attendees this year (up from 1,000 invite-only attendees last year). The event runs from Friday, July 7 through Sunday, July 9 in Xiamen, China.

To preview this year’s conference Allegravita produced a video with English subtitles. From what I understand the event is mostly attended by domain investors from China, but there will be attendees and exhibitors from around the world participating.

If you have any questions about attending GDS 2017, you are welcome to post them in the comment section here or reach out directly to Simon.

  1. Having a considerable domain portfolio, I am the target everyday of scams and spam coming out of China. Worse ever.
