Radix Hiring Registrar Partner Manager

Radix RegistryI want to share a domain industry job opportunity that was sent to me. Radix Registry is looking to hire a Registrar Partner Manager for the US, Canada, and Latin America markets. The job opportunity was just posted on LinkedIn.

Here is some of what the job entails, according to the job description:

“Radix is looking to develop a deeper level of engagement with the global distribution channel (registrars) for its new extensions. As a Registrar Partner Manager, you will be responsible for our partners in the US, Canada and Latin America. Your job is to a) ensure a wide distribution network in the local market and b) evolve those channel relationships into strategic partnerships. The job involves frequent travel and road-trips across your region to ensure that you build a good working relationship and rapport with our partners.”

If you aren’t already aware, Radix has applied for 29 new gTLD extensions, making it one of the larger applicants. It is a part of the Directi company, which was recently acquired by Endurance International an independent company, which was not acquired by Endurance when that company acquired Directi. You can learn more about Radix in an interview I posted with its founder, Bhavin Turakhia.

There are quite a bit of job requirements for the ideal candidate, and domain industry experience is certainly not required. I am sure that it would be helpful for the ideal candidate to be knowledgable about the domain space, so perhaps someone with domain industry ties would have an interest in applying.

If this sounds appealing to you, you can learn more about the job opening on the LinkedIn page. It appears that the job opening will be based in the US, although it doesn’t say which office.
