I want to share some news I just received via press release that might interest NamesCon attendees. TLD Registry, the company that operates the ChineseLandrush.com website that you see advertised here and on other domain industry websites, will be hosting a “Chinese Domaining Masterclass” during NamesCon.
According to Mitch Watkins from TLD Registry, “Four unique Masterclass sessions will be held all throughout the week of NamesCon, and repeat sessions will be given so everyone can have a chance to attend. For those who attend at least three out of the four sessions, will be given their own complete 100-page curriculum binder, which will be the only known guide to help domainers confidently invest in Chinese domain names.”
Although I don’t generally attend many panels at conferences, this is something I will probably attend. I know nothing about the Chinese domain name market (aside from a general interest in numeric and short .com domain names), and it seems like a very good opportunity to learn something new.
TLD Registry is a sponsor of NamesCon, and through this sponsorship, the company is offering these lectures at no additional cost to registered NamesCon attendees.
For additional information about the Masterclass and for full details, please see the press release below:
