Second Annual DOMAINX 2015 Coming Up in August

The second annual DOMAINX domain investing industry conference will be taking place August 7-8 in Bangalore, India. Conference organizer Manmeet Singh emailed me to let me know the event will be held at The Taj West End, a luxury hotel and conference center with top amenities.

Tickets for the conference became available yesterday afternoon, and it is free to attend the conference with the early bird ticket offer. This pass includes a free lunch on August 8th. There is a $99 conference pass also available. This pass includes an “Exclusive Networking Opportunity” as well as a free lunch on both days of the conference.

Four of the speakers on the DOMAINX agenda should be familiar to people in the domain investment space, regardless of where they are from. Deepak Daftari, Frank Schilling, Ron Jackson, and Bill Karamouzis are scheduled to speak during the conference. The event is heavy on the networking opportunities, and it looks like organizers are looking at an audience of 500+.

If you are thinking about attending DOMAINX, Deepak Daftari wrote a thorough review of last year’s conference on my blog that might offer more details about what to expect. Conference organizers have opted to make this a two day event based on last year’s successful introduction of the event.

I am still on the fence about going. India is a country I have wanted to visit for quite some time, but it’s a very long trip for me and it’s tough leaving my wife at home with a 3 year old and 4 month old. I’ll make my decision in the next couple of days. It would be great to hear from others who may be attending, so share that in the comment section!

  2. Great news, thank you.

I invested a lot in indian market, considering the great potential of this country and future development, my portfolio is mainly of indian domains.

I will not be there but I will follow the event from distance, as I followed the other events related to the indian domain’s industry, reading news and reports.

Thanks to all the organizers and supporters of this event.
