DOMAINX Domain Conference Was a Success

DOMAINX was a success from day one going by the registration data, more so when 400+ people turned up on 7th September by 9.00 am and 90% of them stayed back till the end of the conference at 6.00 pm.

More surprising that 80% of those interviewed after the conference were converted after the conference and saw this as a legitimate industry and as an option to invest and make money. The perception been changed having seen and heard the workings of the industry, first hand.

People started coming in by 9.00 am and an hour later it was full house which was a surprise, it being a Sunday and also in the middle of a huge Indian religious festival, Ganesh Utsav.

Vinit Goenka (National Co-Convener, BJP IT Cell. India Head for verticals E-Governance, ICT Industry Interface & Policy Issues) inaugurated the conference with the lamp lighting ceremony and shared the Government's vision towards the Information Technology Industry.

This was followed by the (more…) → Read More

DOMAINX Domain Conference in One Week

Hyderabad has always been a hotbed for Indian Domainers and there wouldn't have been a better location to host the largest conference of this size and scale. I will be speaking at one of the panels at the start of the conference and also moderate the last panel discussion. I look forward to meet Michael Castello, James Wester, Jason Schaeffer and the → Read More
