NameJet to be Down for Maintenance 7/29 for 4-6 Hours

NameJet sent out an email to customers this afternoon to alert them about upcoming maintenance that will cause downtime on Monday, July 29th. During the maintenance period, customers will not be able to place bids or backorders on NameJet auctions. Customers were advised to place backorders in advance. Since auctions do not end during the scheduled maintenance time period, it doesn’t seem like they will be impacted.

Here’s a copy of the email I received:

“Dear NameJet Customer,

The NameJet website will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance beginning July 29, 2019 at 6:00 PM ET. This maintenance is estimated to take 4-6 hours, but may take longer. Please place your backorders as early as possible since it will not be possible to do so during this maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Any relevant updates will be posted on Twitter and Facebook. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,
Team NameJet”

I do not have any details about the updates and upgrades to NameJet’s website.
