Mike Robertson Hired By DNC Holdings

This morning, DNC Holdings, Inc. announced that Mike Robertson was hired by the company as its Business Development Director. Mike Robertson is the co-founder of DomainGuardians.com, and he and co-founder Jen Sale recently brokered the million dollar BTC.com deal. Mike is also known by many in the domain space after working in a business development role at Fabulous.

This news comes shortly after the company announced that domain industry veteran Kellie Peterson was promoted to company President from her role as Chief Strategy Officer of DNC Holdings.    In case you aren’t familiar with DNC Holdings, it is the company that operates Directnic, a domain registrar and hosting company.

In his new role with the company, Mike will be working with Directnic, DomainApps, and other company projects. Mike will be relocating to DNC Holdings’ Tampa, Florida office from his native Australia.

Tampa, FL – October 1, 2014 – DNC Holdings, Inc. announced today Mike Robertson is joining the Tampa office as Business Development Director. Robertson will be heading up activities for aftermarket, monetization and account management programs.

Before joining DNC Holdings, Inc. Robertson founded DomainGuardians.com with long-time coworker and business partner, Jen Sale. Recently DomainGuardians.com successfully brokered the sale of BTC.com to GAWMiners for $1M USD. Prior to founding DomainGuardians.com, Robertson was noted for his professionalism in his role as Business Development Executive at Dark Blue Sea and their registrar, Fabulous.com.

    I will still remain a shareholder and director of the company, however, I’m temporarily taking a step back from the day-to-day operations, leaving Jen Sale at the helm. I’ll also advise and consult where and when time permits.
