Jackpot.io Sold for $48,500 via DAN

Earlier this morning, one of the largest .io domain name sales of all time was reported on Twitter. According to the tweet from Bar Franek of Page Clinic, Jackpot.io was sold for $48,500 via DAN. The seller reported the deal was already paid in full in a BTC deal:

I reached out to Reza Sardeha, CEO of DAN, and he confirmed the sale and said it was completed last week.

According to NameBio, this will rank as the 4th largest publicly reported .IO sale of all time, beating out the $45,000 sale of Cloud.io. It is also the largest .io sale of 2020. In terms of ccTLD domain name sales for 2020, this sale will rank as the 12th largest publicly reported ccTLD domain name sale of the year once it is confirmed by Ron Jackson.
