2015 World Domain Day Event in India

The 2015 edition of World Domain Day will be held at the India Habitat Center in New Delhi, India on April 10th. If the event’s Facebook page is accurate, the turnout is expected to be in the hundreds.

Tickets to attend the conference are still for sale on the website via EventBrite. Standard tickets are free, and VIP tickets that offer networking opportunities are also available. Last year’s event drew quite a bit of coverage in the local press.

According to the World Domain Day website, WDD [World Domain Day] is an international event for the promotion of domain names and educate people on building successful online businesses.” Some of the speakers who are listed on the website include Dr. Ajay Kumar, Jeff Behrendt, Annurag Batra, Indrajit Gupta, Shridhar Luthria, and several others. You can visit the WDD website to see the full slate of speakers and panel sessions.

In addition to the panels and networking events, WDD will also play host to an awards presentation and an online auction held via Snapnames. I am honored to be listed as a nominee vis-a-vis  DomainInvesting.com, and I am amongst good company with the other award nominees.

I understand the domain investment  business is growing in India, and it’s good to see domain industry conferences and events being held outside of the United States.

  1. It is great to see the domain conferences continuing in India. I really wish them all the best in this Second year and can’t wait to hear some of the feedback from the event. There are some great speakers lined up and I wish I could be there in person.
Thanks for sharing this Elliot and good luck with your nomination.
