PMC Fundraising Goal in Sight and Nearing the $50,000 Mark

With less than a month to go before the 2018 Pan-Mass Challenge, I am nearing my $12,000 fundraising goal to benefit Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. With a generous donation from Digimedia today, we have surpassed last year’s fundraising effort! We are $700 away from hitting my 2018 goal, and we are also just $1,643 away from hitting the $50,000 mark in funds raised during the past 5 years!

I want to say thank you to those of you from the domain industry who have supported my PMC fundraising ride this year. On August 4-5, I will be riding my bike from Wellesley, Massachusetts to Provincetown, Massachusetts all to raise money for DFCI and to raise awareness of what Dana-Farber does.

Last year, I rode the PMC in honor of a friend who had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a few months prior to the ride. Sadly, I will be riding in his memory this year. He lost his battle in early June. I also lost my Aunt to pancreatic cancer and know several other people who have fought cancer.

This weekend, I rode 110 miles to train for the PMC. I have also been taking spin classes to build up my leg muscles. I am proudly wearing my domain industry-sponsored jersey as a way to thank the people and companies who have supported my ride, and I will be wearing it when I cross the PMC finish line in Provincetown. My industry “Thank You” page serves as a way to show my appreciation for the support you have given me. If you would like to donate to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute via my PMC fundraiser, you can donate here.

Thank you to all who have supported my ride. Whether you made a donation to my PMC fundraiser or even posted a social media mention about the fundraising, I appreciate your support.
