DomainSponsor and Rook Media Payment Schedule Changes

I want to share an email that was just sent to me by my Domain Sponsor account manager, Stephanie Starkman. The company is making some changes to its payment schedule and wire transfer threshold, and the changes may impact some of the company’s clients.

If you have any questions about the announcement, reach out to your Domain Sponsor / Rook Media account manager for more information:

I’m writing to inform you of some upcoming changes to the way DomainSponsor and Rook Media pay out monthly parking earnings.

Until now, both platforms have had independent payout schedules. In March 2016, we will harmonize both platforms’ schedules to bring them in line with industry standards.

What this means:

– DomainSponsor payments will move from Net 7 to Net 15. Starting in March, they will be paid on March 15 instead of March 7.

– Rook Media payments will move from Net 30 to Net 15. Starting in March, they will be paid on March 15 instead of March 30.

– DomainSponsor Wire thresholds will come down from $1,000 to $200, enabling more frequent wire payments.

  1. Some of the changes are good. Some not.

Today PPC revenue is so un-important to me compared to 5-10 yrs ago that the changes are very minor to my life.

  2. I made arookmedia for one of my domains which was getting good traffic .
And with rookmedia,I made some 240$ in the first month,,not with any invalid clicks,
and clicks were surprisingly low too.
One day when Iogged in,they said I am banned, neither they sent me any email so we can talk, nor did he sent any warning or gave my money..
In the end, rookmedia suddenly closed my account without any email or anything,so I cannot contact them, and took my240
