If you are attending the TRAFFIC conference at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami later on this month, and you’re flying into Miami International Airport, a complimentary limo ride is available to take you directly to the conference. In order to take advantage of this offer, you will need to be in touch with the sponsor to make your reservation.
I want to share an email I received this afternoon from TRAFFIC conference co-founder Howard Neu announcing the limo sponsorship:
T.R.A.F.F.I.C. is pleased to join forces with TrafficPartner.com who will be providing complimentary limo service from Miami International Airport to the Fontainebleau. To take advantage of this offer, send an email to: salesUSA@trafficpartner.com with the following info:
- Name
- Airline
- Flight no
- Arrival time
- Immigration yes/No
- Coming from:
- How many in party
- Contact Cell No
Looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks.
I think this is a great offer for attendees and a nice idea from the sponsoring company. Attendees don’t have to worry about renting a car or hailing a cab, and the sponsor gets good exposure. Seems like a win/win. I presume this offer is based on availability, so you’ll probably want to get in touch with your details ASAP.
The TRAFFIC conference is being held from October 30 – November 2nd, and the conference organizer are celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Cabana networking will take place at the hotel on October 29 and 30th.
Great idea!!
Surprisingly I didnt get this mail, although I am a attendee and also on the mailing list.
Thanks for the update
Another perk to justify Rick and Howie’s high priced conventions… I’m sure there are many who would rather not have a limo and pay a few hundred LESS.
