Login Error at DropCatch (Updated)

While attempting to place some backorders this morning at DropCatch.com, I encountered an error message. Clicking on the login link brought me to an error message preventing me from logging in to my account:

“We’re sorry. An error seems to have occured. Please try again or visit https://www.dropcatch.com to speak with a customer service representative.”

I tried to login a few times, but the error persists. I emailed DropCatch support to let them know about the error, and I hope it will be fixed promptly. I am sharing this to amplify since others are also faced with the same error.

On a separate DC note, I wish there was a way to stay logged in to the platform without having to enter my password and 2FA code on such a regular basis. I am sure this ensures a higher level of security for my DC account, but I am not sure it is entirely warranted for this particular account. Perhaps the added security is necessary because it is connected to my NameBright account, but it is a bit annoying since it means I need to keep my 2FA device nearby to bid.

Once the issue has been resolved or I hear back from DC with an ETA on a fix, I will share an update.

Update: Looks like the issue was resolved.
