  1. I thought Refurnish.com was one of the best buyer bargains

One lone bidder took a shot at my ARMYTANKS.NET and won … but I was hoping someone else was willing to aim higher.

….and there was some activity “stirring & shaking” on CocktailMix.com but none of the bidders in the mix quite took a sip of the reserve…. Cheers !

  2. @Tony

Hopefully the seller will follow through.

In one name that I won last months GD Auctiom…… I paid immediately… but the seller with a Malaysia address was refusing to transfer name to Sedo for quite a while….and putting up elaborate & dubious reasoning to both Sedo and myself…my last E-mail to him wasn’t exactly a love letter……. and thus. I now have the domain…his last e-Mails to me and Sedo were full of contradictions n’ worse.

On a more “unluky” note…. I have had 2 Sedo buyers/bidders reneging over the past 5 weeks on “Agreed” transactions of 7k and 2K …after collections dept. attemps by Sedo did not prevail…. Oh Well !

  3. Johnny,

I’ve been on both sides of that as well. Glad you were able to get your domain. Hopefully, I won’t have to send any nasty emails and Sedo does a little work to earn their fat commission.

  4. Kiss.us went for only $499 ? Is that real, I know .us is not doing great but that is a great domain for the extension imo. Kiss.me is better but Kiss.us is nice.

  5. I can tell this list not an Afternic weekly domain sales report. There are actually some quality buys in the bunch. Several domains were practically given way.

I suppose good deals are still available. You just have to keep a close eye on the least competitive auctions. This auction produced some excellent domain deals that can be flipped for a nice profit.

  7. cart.com 49999 USD

That was a great deal imo. Cart.com sounds great as an online shopping website such as target.com, bestbuy.com, amazon.com, etc. It’s also sound even better as a premium shopping cart or eCommerce system.

  8. The name I won was Beddings.com for $1,750 but the seller did not honor the sale and so Sedo cancelled the transaction this morning.

    No honor in domaining.

  9. @ Tony .. sorry, I knew you were the buyer…my typing oversight.

Sedo puts buyers/sellers name & address in ‘contract docs” when such transactions are renegged & cancelled…not always correct/legit info by account holder… but if it is in this case…send Vito & Rolf after him !
