DomainTools Running Product Survey with Prize Drawings

I like giving feedback to companies with whom I do business because I think the information I share can help enhance products and services. DomainTools is seeking feedback from members about its offerings, and they’re asking members to take a 10 minute product survey.

Here’s a message I received from the company yesterday afternoon, with a special offer for members who take the time to complete the survey:

“As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve our product offerings, we are asking for your input by completing a 10 minute product survey. This is the year of product innovation for DomainTools, and knowing more about you as a user and what is most important to you will help us deliver a “home run” for you.

Complete the survey by March 2 and you’ll be entered in a drawing to win a grand prize of an XboxOne Ultimate Bundle (over $800 value), or one of five $100 Amazon gift cards. We expect this survey will take most folks around 10 minutes, but we are asking for your thoughtful input.

Of course, if you have longer or more free-form comments and input, we’re always happy to hear from you at product@domaintools.com.”

Please keep in mind the prize drawings are opened to current members only, but the company would appreciate feedback from all users regardless of their membership status.

If you’ve ever want to see changes at DomainTools, or if you want to see something improved, let them know what you like and what you’d like to see changed. Instead of complaining about things that don’t work, you can tell them directly and hopefully it will be addressed.
