Domain Companies Hiring

If you’re looking for a job in the domain industry, there are a number of companies currently hiring. Some positions are technical, while others don’t require degrees in specific fields.

Listed below are an assortment of job openings at companies within the domain business. If you know of other job openings or career opportunities in the domain space that might interest readers of my blog, please feel free to post them in the comment section. I know companies like PPX are growing, but I couldn’t find any current listings to post.

Domain Holdings – Internet Marketing Analyst:  The Internet Marketing Analyst is primarily responsible for monitoring performance across properties or campaigns, and making data-based decisions to help extract higher yield through optimization of user flow and user interface. This individual will work with marketing managers and designers to maximize the user experience and the monetization of the properties.

Domain Holdings – Web Copywriter and Marketing Assistant:  Domain Holdings is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized entry-level candidate for full-time web copywriting, social media and Internet marketing. The position will entail a variety of tasks, including copywriting, email correspondence, research and reporting.

Go DaddyProduct Manager:  The Product Manager is responsible for managing the entire product life-cycle, including planning and execution  of internet products.     This will include: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and working closely with software development teams, sales support and marketing to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Go DaddySearch Marketing Manager:  The Search Marketing Manager generates traffic for The Go Daddy Group, Inc.’s web sites and acquires new customers within budget parameters. This person will plan and execute online search advertising plans and strategies to meet sales objectives.

Be prepared to “manage up” to help us balance the demands of ourproduct and client teams with the expectation of reasonable throughput in our Engineering organization.

NameMediaSenior Sales Executive:  The Sales team at NameMedia is seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our highly successful team within the Marketplace Division. The Senior Sales Executive position is responsible for successfully selling domain names from our world-renowned portfolio of 1 million + domains to inbound leads, primarily over the phone. Target clients will largely consist of, but not be limited to, small and medium sized businesses and domain investors. Our Sales Executives make excellent compensation while rarely making cold calls and only deal with highly qualified leads.

Oversee.netExecutive Assistant:  Successful privately held internet company is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant for four Senior Executives to start asap. As the Executive Assistant to the Senior Executives, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, daily calendar, travel plans, implementing department activities and communications, as well as interacting with high level executives, board members, department heads, managers and other employees and customers.
