I agree with Dot TV’s reply on X that the listing level tiers are getting too complicated.
I was a fairly late adopter of the platform that was formerly known as Squadhelp. I signed up months before I began actively using the platform, but the different options offered by the platform made me put it on the back burner since it was a bit more complicated than simply submitting my domain names for sale. If a user needs to read an extensive guide (currently 77 articles about the marketplace for sellers) to use a platform, it’s probably more complicated than necessary.
In addition to the new service/promotion levels announced by Atom.com, there is also the Ultra Premium Marketplace, which has some exceptional domain names in its inventory.
I understand why Atom made these different levels/tiers, but it is confusing for an average user that doesn’t want to spend a ton of time figuring out the process of buying coins, submitting names, selecting tiers, reviews, pricing, categorization, listing optimization…etc.
The automated listing features have definitely been helpful but it’s getting complicated to understand the different tiers and levels for accounts and listings.
Continuous change is not always a good thing.
