2011 TRAFFIC Award Nominations Sought

Targeted TRAFFICI was honored to win the best domain blog award at last year’s TRAFFIC conference. It was cool to be selected by people in the domain business for this award. Rick Schwartz just announced that he is seeking nominations for the 2011 TRAFFIC Awards. The award ceremony will take place at the Ft. Lauderdale Ritz Carlton on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.

Nominations (and the reason for the nomination) should be sent to trafficawards@earthlink.net, and the nomination period closes this Friday (August 5th) at 6pm. Once all nominations are received, the final ballot will be sent out for people to vote for award winners.

  1. Hi,

Since no one has commented in this thread… I thought I would make one thing public.

    But before I do that,..

I would just like to say that “Elliot’s” award last year was very well deserved…and wish him the very best, to make it two in a row πŸ˜‰

With so many great domain bloggers out there now, even from a year ago…this might be the toughest of all the categories to vote for ‘just one’…

I wish I could vote for 5+ in this category πŸ™‚

Best wishes to ALL…and to the domain industry blogger, that does end up taking home the ‘gold’…this year.

    With that said…

    ___

The only vote I submitted so far is for:

Mike β€œZappy” Zapolin for induction into the Domain Hall of Fame this year.

His accomplishments in the the domain Industry, have been well documented going back to a least 2005.

    ___

If I vote for ‘blog’ of the year….this will be kept to myself… ( I can assure you only one thing, it will not be for myself)…LOL

    Best wishes to all!
    Dan
