In June, I noticed the Reign.com domain name appeared to have changed hands. The domain name transferred from GoDaddy to Cloudflare under Whois privacy.
https://t.co/nkK5jlIgYw recently transferred from GoDaddy (under Whois privacy) to Cloudflare (under Whois privacy). It is using Cloudflare NS but shows a “DreamHost Parked Domain” lander. I am unsure if the domain name changed hands.

For a short period of time, Reign.com had a DreamHost logo on its otherwise-plain landing page. A shortwhile later, the domain name forwarded to a Cloudflare private login page, indicated it was under development. I have been visiting Reign.com from time to time to see what comes of the domain name.
At some point within the last few days I would guess, a company called Phoenix Ecommerce Technologies, Inc. rebranded itself as Reign using the Reign.com domain name. In two announcements highlighted on the top of its website, the company announced its rebrand and also announced its “[F]undraising closed at $150M valuation.” Prior to the acquisition, the company was using PhoenixTechnologies.io for its website. That domain name now forwards to Reign.com.
I am unsure what Reign paid to acquire Reign.com, but I will reach out to ask if they are able to comment on the acquisition price.
Reign and its Reign.com domain name is now featured on the Embrace.com list of companies that upgraded its domain name.
