ImpeachTrump.com Domain Name in Auction at Flippa

For the last several months, I have seen quite a few television commercials imploring the impeachment of US President Donald Trump. The multi million dollar ad campaign features a businessman named Tom Steyer, who discusses why he believes President Trump should be impeached. The website featured in the commercials is NeedToImpeach.com.

If Mr. Steyer is looking for a more obvious call to action domain name for his impeachment campaign, a better one is now on the market: ImpeachTrump.com.

According to a press release I received this morning, ImpeachTrump.com is now for sale via Flippa. The high bid currently stands at $250 but the undisclosed reserve price has not yet been met.

Depending on the reserve price and the reach of the marketing campaign promoting the auction, I would not be surprised to see some competitive bidding. There seem to be quite a few entities with an interest in impeaching Donald Trump, and this would be one of the better domain names that could be associated with the effort. Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent annually on elections and politics, and this is probably one of the better anti-Donald Trump domain names owned by a private entity.

There are 12 days remaining in the Flippa auction, and I will keep my eye on it to see if the reserve price is met in the meantime.

  1. I saw this posted on twitter from TheDomains a couple hours ago. I replied that this is such a timely domain with a 2 – 6 year lifespan. It can go insanely viral in a heartbeat. Very good opportunity for both political parties, or anyone with anything to sell at all, imho.

I see this domain at an easy 30k. Could go up to 45k+

It will be very interesting to see what end price is.

  2. I dont have n account at Flippa but I’m thinking about creating one there for this auction.

I wonder if his reserve is above 50k?

More i think about it I could see him having a reserve at 100k.

I was sitting in NamesCon auction and had my paddle ready for FakeNews.com
