AI.com Sold via Saw.com

This morning in my Domain Monitor alert email from DomainTools, I noticed that AI.com had transferred from Uniregistry to Google (domain registrar). AI.com had been owned by Future Media Architects (FMA), and the domain name now has Whois privacy enabled, obscuring the registrant name from public view. Like all FMA domain names, AI.com had been listed for sale via Saw.com.

When I saw AI.com had transferred to a different domain registrar, I reached out to Saw.com’s Jeff Gabriel and Amanda Waltz to see if the domain name had sold.

Jeff responded to my query and confirmed that AI.com has been sold by FMA. Although the purchase price is not going to be announced, I understand the asking price for AI.com was $11 million. Jeff told me it was sold “to someone in the NFT space.”  He also said, “I am elated for the buyer and the seller.

At the time of publication, AI.com still resolves to a Saw.com inquiry page. As a result, it is not yet publicly known who acquired AI.com or how the domain name will be used. I will continue to monitor the domain name to see if more is learned in the coming days.

  1. Something tells me not many people would want to bet *against* the suggestion it was bought by Google itself or one of its associated entities…

    • Could hardly be more ironic too, since Google is one of the biggest censors of people’s “voice” on the planet, acting in bed with government.

    • PS, and in case anyone didn’t get the memo yet, “AI” itself is about some very big things, one of the biggest of which is population control, erosion and elimination of freedoms, and increasing tyranny and totalitarianism.

But alas, this is mostly the wrong crowd and the wrong place for that…
