101Domain to Donate Registration Proceeds to French Red Cross

I want to highlight a generous offer in a tweet from 101Domain that comes in the wake of the terrorist attacks in Paris:

The company linked to a Facebook post announcing that 101domain will be donating all proceeds from the registrations of .PARIS and .FR domain names to the French Red Cross.” At 101Domain, .Paris domain names currently cost $55.99/year and .FR domain names cost $19.95/year to register.

If you are thinking about registering .Paris and/or .FR ccTLD domain names, you should keep this generous offer in mind. I am not sure how long the company plans to do this.

Here’s the message the company shared this evening via Facebook:

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the citizens of Paris.
Starting immediately, 101domain will be donating all proceeds from the registrations of .PARIS and .FR domain names to the French Red Cross click here for more information about donating.
Show your love for Paris and her people. Share your pictures, your stories, your thoughts, and your prayers for Paris, “the City of Love”.
Although each individual contribution is limited, we hope the combined contributions of everyone wishing to participate will make a small difference to those in need.
Sincerely,
101domain, Inc.

Kudos to 101Domain for this special offer.
