How I Would Use an AI Agent / Tool for Domain Investing

I hand registered around 40 domain names this month. This is abnormally high, but I had a couple of recent sales in the category and figured I would use some of the income from those sales to try and generate additional sales.

I registered these domain names in two groups – one of about 30 domain names followed by 10 additional domain names. I thought I set up nameservers and sales listings correctly, but I realized I must have forgotten to create the correct listings for the last 10 domain names. The nameservers were set correctly, but they did not resolve as expected since I apparently did not create their sale listings as I thought.

After going through these domain names, I thought it is highly likely I have other domain names in my portfolio that aren’t set up as I intended. Maybe I got busy after acquiring the domain name and didn’t change the nameservers or add the listings as I intended. Maybe I missed the provisioning email and did not set up nameservers. There are many reasons for why I might not have set up the domain names correctly.

I would love to have an AI agent/operator/tool that would allow me to regularly check my portfolio. It would report the nameservers and either show a screenshot of the landing page or list the title of the page, which can be used to ensure it resolves correctly. The agent can run this report weekly or however frequently I request, and it will highlight any changes or abnormalities. For instance, it will know what the url should be for a Custom landing page at Afternic vs. their Request Price landing page.

I think there are going to be many ways domain investors will benefit from AI tools. Companies like Atom and GoDaddy are already integrating tools within their platforms, and I am sure others will be following suit. There is a lot of excitement about what is to come with AI, and I think it’s going to be of great help to domain investors.

  1. We use an ai assistant in our vnoc.com operating system. Right now its a ai agent to read and pull data then learn but soon will be adding in automated agents from AgentDao into the mix so the ai can take actions,.. quick video link to a demo.. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/36048638?key=58d5321a9195fe4d987a8785d9d1ed97 and our agent learns the more you use it. I guessing 2025 will be the year URLs go from static to dynamic digital native assets.
