D3 to Host Invite-Only Dominion Conference

D3 is a relatively new entrant to the domain space, but it has a team with considerable domain industry expertise. In announcing its $5 million seed funding round this past September, the company announced its intent “to revolutionize the real-world asset class of domain names on the Internet’s root layer.”

D3 will be hosting an invite-only Dominion conference at the end of the month. Dominion 2024 will be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas April 29-30. Here’s the purpose of the conference:

“Dominion is an invite-only conference for leaders from top Web3 ecosystems and the Internet domain industry to hear the latest developments around identity, security, and interoperability. The conference will feature a number of inspirational talks including Lily Liu (President, Solana Foundation), Fred Gregaard (CEO, Cardano Foundation), Matt Overman (CRO, Identity Digital), and Fred Hsu (CEO & Co-Founder, D3). You also get sneak peeks at innovative products and plenty of time to build relationships.”

While the event is billed as invite-only, interested industry participants are able to request an invitation to attend from D3:

I am unable to attend this event due to prior commitments.
