Beautiful Gift from a Reader

A couple of weeks ago, I went to my business PO Box expecting to see a few letters, a magazine or two, and an assortment of domain name renewal notices and other junk mail. When I saw the yellow slip in the box indicating a package awaited my attention behind the mail counter, my heart skipped a beat in excitement.

As I opened the box without a return address, I wondered what the package contained. Was it some corporate swag? Maybe some chocolates or candy? These would be good guesses under normal circumstance, but not today my friends. On this wonderful day, I was presented with the most beautiful gift I never dreamed about receiving: a custom-made .com sweater with my face on it. This beautiful sweater perfectly matches theΒ .com beltΒ I had made last year.

Have a look (sidebar: check out the muscles… been hitting the weights hard in spin class lately):

I have never been the most fashionable person, but when I am wearing this sweater at dinner with my family, I will beΒ it will be the center of attention and admiration. “Where did you get that beautiful sweater,” people will ask. “I have no f*cking clue – it came in the mail,” I will tell them.

The only thing I don’t love about the sweater is the size. I think it’s an XL, and I usually wear a small or medium. On the plus side though, you can see my chest hair.

I don’t know exactly who gifted me this masterpiece of a sweater, but I do know you guys will be forever green with envy when you see me wearing it.
