101Domain Evacuated Due to Wild Fire

If you are trying to reach someone from 101Domain today or in the near future, you should be advised that employees have been evacuated from the company’s office due to aggressive wild fires that are in the area.

The company issued the following statement on Facebook to advise customers of the situation the company is currently facing:

Due to extreme wild fires in the Carlsbad area we have evacuated our main office. Dependent on the winds in the area our office location should be safe. We apologize to our customers that today we are unable to answer telephone support calls and inquiry tickets. The online ordering system and DNS servers are working normally. Please keep our company and the surrounding homes in your prayers.”

The Governor of California issued a state of emergency for San Diego County, as there are a number of fires in the area. Over 20,000 people were evacuated from the area to preserve lives and make it easier for firefighters.

I wish all the best to the employees at 101Domain and others impacted by the fires. If you need tech support or other assistance from someone at the company in the nearterm, your best bet is to submit a ticket, but you should understand why it might not be addressed immediately.

  1. Hi Elliot,

Thanks for posting this. Thankfully, besides the evacuation, our staff, their families, and our office has been left completely untouched by the fires. I have a new view of charred hillside out my window though! 🙂
