Super.xyz Sold via Atom for $287,607

According to a post on X from Atom.com, Super.xyz sold for $287,607, becoming the largest publicly reported .XYZ domain name sale of all time. The domain name was sold by domain investor Logan Flatt, and it transacted via Atom on September 1, 2025:

According to NameBio, this will become the largest reported .XYZ domain name sale, surpassing the sales of Bull.xyz and Quantum.xyz, which each sold for just shy of $200,000. For the time being, this sale should also rank in DNJournal’s top 25 domain name sales of 2025.

Although the buyer of Super.xyz is not currently known, the domain name transferred to Safenames, a domain registrar that is popular amongst large corporations.

Congratulations to Logan and to Atom on the record setting domain name sale.

    • I myself am an investor of .xyz, too, but I doubt that this article welcomes plugs. In the future, before doing it, it’s best to make sure the place where you try to perform such an action is a right place.

  1. In My years of traveling all over the world,I have yet to see a dot xyz or a dot whatever in action.
Dot com is still recognizable all over the world and is still King ๐Ÿ‘‘
Oh well,it is your money, you buy whatever you want.

    • yeah, .xyz domains are used mainly by web3/crypto/blockchain companies
my best friend launched a company in the AI/crypto space last year, and they wanted the .com, but the owner (a corporation) wouldn’t sell at any price, so they opted for .xyz and they’re doing well, with revenues and very high funding round a few months again
I’ve never been a fan of .xyz but it seems to work in the web3 sector

  2. Excellent domain sale.
I checked companies that have raised over 2 million usd and using .xyz as their main site, and saw a company named super__.xyz, so maybe this was an upgrade
I’d imagine renewal fee on super.xyz must be pretty steep
I own only 3 .xyz domains (single words taken in many extensions) and I need to get them listed on atom.com as the renewal fees on these 3 are quite high too
over 85 percent of my domains are .com —
    congrats again to Logan
    I don’t know him, but I hear he’s a good man
