Andy Booth recently reported the $220,000 sale of Sim.ai. Based on the screenshot he shared, it appears he sold it directly to the buyer using Escrow.com to transact.

The $220,000 sale of Sim.ai is the fifth largest .AI domain name sale, year to date, according to NameBio.
The buyer of Sim.ai revealed itself on X today. It was the startup that was previously known as SimStudio.ai. That longer domain name now forwards to Sim.ai.
The startup, which is now known simply as Sim, allows users to “[L]aunch agentic workflows with an open source, user-friendly environment for devs and agents.” Notably, Sim is a part of the YCombinator startup accelerator platform.
