Lead Gen with AI

One of the multitude of ways to use AI tools to sell domain names is for lead generation. A tool like ChatGPT can help find targeted prospective buyers for domain names, and I will share an example.

I want to proactively sell a domain name I think will become a good marketing tool for a real estate agent. A Google search of real estate agents in the town brings back many results, but all of the top results are for the largest real estate brokerages and platforms like Zillow and Realtor.com. Clicking through to listings is time consuming, and it brings me to contact forms on these same platforms.

Instead of using Google to find prospective real estate agent buyers, I plugged a prompt into ChatGPT to identify who might be the best prospects:

“Who are the top real estate agents in XXXXXX”?

ChatGPT returned a list of who it believes are the top agents along with the name of their brokerage firm. It also provided a list of additional agents it believes are up and coming in the market based on ratings.

I was able to do a Google search for these people to easily find their website and contact email to get in touch with these prospective buyers to let them know about the availability of my domain name.

AI tools are changing how domain investors operate their business, and I think this is a helpful way to find good leads for domain names.

  1. When you start trusting any computer/software/AI to select/filter your data for you, you open yourself up to the manipulation and corruption of the people who are controlling those tools. And rest assured they ARE being controlled. This is precisely how the world became so brainwashed by the media because they fed you garbage and hid the important stuff from you.

So sure… use it to get some information, but ask yourself who are the real estate agents that the preprogrammed AI either did not rank highly, or deliberately “downgraded” or withheld from you? Was it a competitor who didn’t pay as much for advertising somewhere, or who is from a different ethnic background to the “chosen” one/s who are listed at the “top”?

Don’t just “do” because you are told. THINK.
