Bodis has long been a pay per click parking service provider. The company allowed domain investor to monetize their domain names with PPC parking links. Google recently shut down its service that placed ads (via PPC partners) on parked domain names. As a result, PPC parking took a major hit. By and large, PPC revenues have been dwindling over the years, so that was pretty much the deathblow.
According to an email I received from Bodis this afternoon, the parking service will be ceasing its operations at the end of this month. The company asked customers to ensure their domain names no longer use Bodis name servers. I presume those will stop working once the platform shuts down. The website will still operate through April for people to check stats and request payouts. The company lowered its payout threshold to $.01 via PayPal.
It would be a good idea to check your Bodis account to see if any domain names are generating traffic and/or revenue. In addition, investors who parked their domain names with Bodis should do a name server search at their domain registrar.
The note I received from Bodis is below for your convenience:
“Thank you for the trust and partnership you’ve shared with us over the years – it truly means a great deal to our team.
As we look ahead and move into the next chapter, we’ve made the decision to cease operating our services effective January 31, 2026.
To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly ask that you move your domains off our platform within the next several days. After that time, any domains still pointed to our services will no longer resolve or be monetized.
Our main site will remain available through April 30, 2026, so you’ll continue to have access to your account, including historical stats and payment information.
As a courtesy, the minimum payout threshold has been reduced to $0.01 for payments made via PayPal. If your balance is below the minimum required for Bank Transfer, we recommend switching to PayPal to receive any remaining funds.
For any questions or concerns, please contact us at
We appreciate your partnership and thank you for being part of our journey.”

I did change a year ago to Above Managed. I was using Above for sending traffic to ParkingCrew, Bodis and using Above as well but not Managed Service.
The reason I changed to Managed is because they say that income is higher this way.
I am not sure if it works better versus sending to several parking companies, but what I know for sure is that income is getting lower in general. January will be less than half than last year´s one.
I do not know if there is any way to improve parking revenue, other companies, systems. etc.
