GoDaddy Hiring a Domain Team Product Marketing Manager

GoDaddy is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager on its Domains team. I believe this particular line of business covers everything related to domain names, including registrations and the aftermarket.

Here’s a brief job description from the LinkedIn listing, which was created a little over a week ago:

“As a Product Marketing Manager within the Domains team, you will be part of a team negotiating, developing and executing marketing programs to drive key performance indicators for the domain business. You will manage a portfolio of domain extensions and own the registry partner marketing relationships. Intended for candidates with at least 6 years of marketing experience.”

While the description mentions that the right candidate will have 6+ years of marketing experience, I would think having a domain name background would also be helpful. Perhaps someone who invests in domain names part time would have an interest in applying for the job, or perhaps a reader would know someone who might be perfect for the job.

It looks like this job opportunity will be based in GoDaddy’s Scottsdale office. I am not sure if the company would consider hiring someone in a different office though. The salary offered was not disclosed in the job listing.

If the job opening is of interest to you or someone you know, an application can be filled out via LinkedIn.
