  1. I’m 50/50 on this one. As you mentioned, it’s very time consuming and takes a lot of research and preparation to do it the right way. Anything other than that or trying to cut corners is just a huge time waster that won’t get any responses.

    I prefer the sit and wait game nowadays. I develop mine out, get them generating revenue and occasionally get an inquiry. The ones that don’t pay their own renewals and initial investment each year get passed along to someone else with more time on their hands and a desire to get an “out of the box” online business going.
