covfefe: Everything Becomes a Domain Name

Apparently, President Donald Trump posted a tweet late last night with a typo: “covfefe.” After many people wrote about the typo, he deleted his tweet and followed it up with a second tweet mentioning “covfefe.”

As with just about everything else these days, covfefe is now used in a domain name. It’s not surprise, but someone registered covfefe.com already. The domain name is registered under privacy at GoDaddy. As of this morning, the domain name is parked via the CashParking program from GoDaddy. There is also an inquiry link “Interested in this domain?” in case someone else wants to buy the domain name.

I think the lifespan of this domain name is about one day, but it still funny to see that everything seems to become a domain name these days!

  1. This will l be the heaviest traffic day that domain will ever get and it is not resolving and therefore making no $$$. Make HAY when the SUN SHINES!! There are no second chances.

  2. PS: I hear there are 500 other extensions that are now available for that domain. HURRY!! HURRY!!! Your BIG chance!
In your NEXT LIFETIME!! It’s a .Com WORLD.
Just an example. But it is a VALID example!

  3. Whoever registered covfefe.art, covfefe.club, and covfefe.blog must be super excited. Even .net .org .io .xyx .live are gone too. Only thing left is covfefe.vegas

  4. So true. Same with ShePersisted.com, although that has some lasting value.

Take a look at the Urban Dictionary definitions of covfefe if you want a laugh. “A word to say when you’ve run out of things to say or have lost the desire to finish your thought.”

  5. 17 LIVE Trademark applications now reside in the USPTO TESS system. Most are for T-shirts/hats, 3 are for Beer, one was claiming it’s use of Covfefe was for “investment advice”. 2 are for coffee, and 2 are claiming mark rights to the hashtag #covfefe
