One of my favorite breweries is The Alchemist in Stowe, Vermont. It makes the highly touted Heady Topper and Focal Banger beers (I am drinking a Focal Banger as I write this). While poking around, I found a really nice looking domain name for sale landing page on the generic (and valuable) keyword Alchemist.com domain name.
Have a look at a screenshot of the landing page:
The landing page is relatively simple. It lists the purchase price at the top, a reference to the licensure of Escrow.com below the price, a purchase form on the right side, and an explanation of the purchase process on the left side. There is no sales pitch about the domain name, but the nature of this exact match .com domain name may sell itself.
I am not sure if the landing page was created by Bodis, but I noticed the name servers are from Bodis. Perhaps someone from the company can respond to let us know if this is one of their landing pages. If this is a Bodis landing page, I would be curious if the owner needs to pay a commission upon a successful sale or if there is any cost to use the landing page.

Well be presenting our solution for sales landing pages without ads in the not-too-far future. I cannot tell you an exact date today, but should be available before fall arrives.
Sedo are soooo slow in my experience. They need to become much more proactive and much more client-focused.
That sounds interesting. Their lack of an ad-free landing page was the reason I moved away from them.

its one of the best money saving landers that exists on earth today , the Bodis lander with direct link to escrow combo , if you dont plan to sell , use bodis parking and look for traffic before deciding what to do ( and how to price) your domains.
Bodis also, has this Escrow landing page available on the PPC chosen screen-behind the “this name made be for sale for $XXXX…” banner that sellers can choose to use. I like it! The prospect of saving 10-20% in commission is excellent.
That is a nice landing page! Without finishing the post I looked at it and thought, this might be a Uniregistry landing page from how slick it looks.
I must say job well done by Bodis for updating their landing pages because this one is solid to get a potential buyer to inquire about the name. I know I would inquire about it for sure if I came across this.
